Yes. Each property can have its own rules, risks, check-in questions, jobs and visitor information, so the experience reflects what is relevant at that site. Requirements can also be copied across properties when you want consistency, making it easier to manage both site-specific needs and organisation-wide standards.
Yes. Onside is designed for rural environments where connectivity can be unreliable. The mobile app can still be used offline to check in and out, view property risks and emergency information, access assigned tasks, and record risks and incidents. Information captured offline syncs once connectivity is restored.
People can check in using the Onside app, a browser-based check-in link, QR code or Onside Kiosk. On their first visit, they can review relevant property rules, questions and risks, while future visits only require them to review what has changed. This helps make regular check-ins quick and easy for field teams.
Yes. Onside gives teams visibility across their properties, including current and historical check-ins, risks, incidents and other operational information. Common requirements such as check-in rules and questions can also be applied across multiple properties, helping teams create consistent processes at scale.
Yes.
