BIOSECURITY MATRIX
Set up your company's stand-down rules
Set up your matrix with customised rules across both your internal company properties, and external property types and individual companies.

BREACH ALERTS
When someone breaches a stand-down
Often a person arriving may not even be aware that they should be stood down. Onside will automatically let them know that they are breaching a stand-down, and when they can return to this property.

ALLOW OR DECLINE
Manage a stand-down breach on site
Your property's nominated biosecurity contact person will get notified when there is a stand-down breach. They can call the visitor to discuss the purpose of their visit, then accept or decline, including the reason.
There are often valid reasons for allowing a visit, but it's essential to document them.

HIGH-RISK VISITS
Access your records for tracing
Any visit that triggers a biosecurity stand-down alert - whether accepted or declined - is stored in your high-risk visit history.
This record is important to keep, particularly in a tracing event - when you may need to provide evidence of who accessed your properties and why.

BIOSECURITY OVERRIDES
If a disease is detected on your properties
You can override your standard biosecurity rules instantly in the event of a disease detection on your properties, or in the industry when it could affect your operations.
The overrides apply new temporary rules to any selected properties, which allows you to isolate infected properties and add stricter stand-downs for anyone who has visited them to stop disease being transferred elsewhere.
