All essential information, including property maps, hazard pins, and emergency contacts, is stored directly on your phone. You can check in, log risks, and report incidents offline; the data will automatically sync as soon as you are back in range.

How long does it take to get my properties set up?

How does the lone worker safety system actually work?
If a worker hasn't checked out by their expected time, the system automatically triggers an escalation sequence. It will call the worker first to check their status. If there is no response, it immediately places automated calls to your designated team leaders until someone answers. This ensures no one is left behind, even in the most remote areas.

Are you tracking my exact location all day?
No. Privacy is a core principle of the system. While we use location services to trigger "Auto-arrival" at the property gate, we do not track your exact movements across the map. Property managers only see a notification when you arrive and when you leave, ensuring you are safe and accounted for without monitoring your every step.
