Visitors can check in using the Onside app, a property QR code, a shared check-in link or the Onside Kiosk. This gives each property flexibility to choose the approach that works best for its visitors and operating environment, including options that don’t require visitors to download the app.
Onside is designed to make check-in simple for people in the field. First-time visitors review the property’s relevant rules, questions and risks, while returning visitors only need to review information that has changed since their last visit, making repeat check-ins much quicker.
With automation enabled, Onside can detect when someone enters a property boundary, remind them to check in and alert property staff if they remain on-site without doing so. It can also automatically check them out when they leave the property boundary, helping keep visitor records accurate.
Yes. Onside gives teams visibility of current and historical check-ins across their properties, so operations and safety teams can see visitor activity without contacting individual property managers or chasing separate visitor records.
Yes. Visitors can be shown property rules, risks and other important information as part of check-in, from access instructions and traffic requirements to safety or biosecurity information. You can also ask Yes/No check-in questions and notify property admins when a visitor provides an unwanted response.
